We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and shipping options chosen. Depending on the carrier you choose, estimated shipping dates may be displayed on the shipping quote page. Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will also pay for the return shipping if the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.). You should receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to our returns department. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly after a thorough quality check of the product. (Max 5 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order via the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you by email of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

If you do not receive the package within 15 days of the expected date, we will refund the entire product and a €2 voucher.
